Description
Lilium ‘Robert Swanson’ has bright yellow flowers with a burgundy-red center.
Lilies are Perennials and are native to the Northern Hemisphere. They are among the oldest cultivated plants and there are around eighty different Lilium species. Oriental Trumpet Lilies have fragrant huge 7 inch pendulous trumpet flowers with a long blooming period and produce up to 40 flowers per stem which is approximately 8 feet tall, therefore they are also called Tree Lilies.
Lilies require good drainage and organic material in the soil. Lilies are never completely dormant, leave the bulbs undisturbed in the ground for many years.
