Paeonia ‘Festiva Maxima’ has white flowers with red spots in center, large dark green leaves, very fragrant. 

Paeonia (Peony) have been in cultivation for centuries, they are beloved for their abundant blooms, their fragrance and their bold foliage. Almost carefree once established, great for the perennial border and cut flowers. Blooming time in late Spring / Early Summer. Average height is 2-3 feet, the foliage remains attractive throughout the Summer until frost and often colors up in the Fall.
